History

Pastor/Global Production Director, Flamingo Road Church, Cooper City, Florida, 5/03-Current

Responsibilities include:

  • Production Management: Lead a team consisting of 4 part-time Technical Directors and over 50 volunteers; develop training materials for staff and volunteers; regularly design, implement, evaluate, and improve technical work-flows; manage all production budgets.
  • Systems Engineering: Design new systems and upgrade solutions; Improve production workflows through the use of technology; Create operation manuals; Maintain all audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems.
  • Live Video Direction/Technical Direction: “Calling” and/or operating live multi camera shoots consisting of both music and spoken word as well as VTR’s, still stores, and CG’s for IMAG, satellite locations, and a weekly half hour television program airing on Fox affiliate WSVN 7.
  • Scenic design: Design sets for both stage and studio; manage construction and installation processes; Work with creative teams to produce effective and cohesive environments.
  • Director/Videographer: Set, light, direct and shoot interviews, documentaries, and promotional materials both in the studio and on location.
